Rates
	Cottage room with ensuite bathroom on garden $65.00 double occupancy. Room with king bed, futon and sitting area, bathroom $75.00. Room with balcony $75.00. Room with shared bathroom $45.00. Single occupancy: $15.00 LESS. Extra person: $15.00 more.

Airport Pick Up
	We have trusted drivers who will pick you up from the Tuxtla Gutierrez airport for 600 pesos (same as airport taxis but safer) and drop you off at the airport for 450 pesos. This is port to port service.

Massage
	Our on-site masseuse, Teresa, is available for deep tissue massage, one and a half hours, 325 pesos ($32.00 US). A wonderful way to relax at the end of the day.

Lunch
	Lunch with us is offered Monday through Friday for 65 pesos. A notice the day before is welcomed, including food preferences and needs.

WI FI
	We offer WI FI internet connection for your convenience.

Laundry Service
	We are happy to offer laundry service for a fee.

	We offer economical calling rates around the world and we accept calls for our guests.
